  • With the “Monthly follow-up” option: hosting and domain name included as long as the monthly follow-up is active (€0).

Payment terms

  • 40% deposit on the project total when you order. Example: “Essential” package (€310, hosting included): total €310, so a deposit of €124. With the “Local Visibility” package (€750, hosting included): total €750, deposit of €300. I start building as soon as I receive the deposit.
  • Balance payable when you approve the website, before it goes live.
  • “Monthly follow-up” option: €150 a month, 3-month commitment. The monthly follow-up is billed separately; it is not included in the deposit. Hosting and domain name included as long as the monthly follow-up is active.
  • Deposit payment: bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on Stripe's secure payment page.

01How it works

From your order to the final corrections.

Seven steps, in this order. Nothing goes live without your approval, and you only pay the balance once the website is approved.

  1. You place your order

    You fill in the form in three screens and receive your order number.

  2. You pay the 40% deposit

    The exact amount is shown before you send the form. I start building as soon as I receive the deposit.

  3. You send me your materials

    Photos, logo and information about your business. Whatever I don't already have, I ask you for by email.

  4. Your website is ready for your review in 7 to 14 days

    The deadline runs from the day I receive the deposit and all your materials (photos, logo, information). Any delay on your side pushes it back by the same amount.

  5. You approve it and pay the balance

    You test the website, ask me for your changes, then pay the balance (60% of the project total).

  6. Going live on your domain name

    I publish the website on your domain name, registered in your name.

  7. Corrections for 4 days

    Corrections and changes are possible after launch. New pages and new features are quoted separately.

What is not included.

Better to say it upfront. Everything that is included is written above; here is what is not.

  • Hosting and domain name after the first year

    Included for the first year with both packages. Renewal price, announced before the expiry date: €50 per year. The details are in the terms and conditions of sale.

  • Professional photos

    Photos of your jobs taken on your phone are often enough. I give you simple tips to get them right.

  • Paid advertising

    Google or social media ads: not included. We can talk about it if it is useful for you.

  • Printing

    Business cards, van lettering, flyers: not included.

Before you decide.

01What happens if I change my mind?

Before the build starts, I refund the deposit in full on simple written request. After it starts, the refund is partial, according to how far the work has progressed; if your website is finished, there is no refund. If I exceed the deadline by more than 10 days, you can cancel and I refund everything you have paid. The details, including the 14-day withdrawal right that may apply to you, are in the terms and conditions of sale.

02Who owns my website and my domain name?

You do. The domain name is registered in your name. Once full payment is received, I transfer to you the right to use your website. I keep my templates and reusable code, made available to you for your website. This is article 6 of the terms and conditions of sale.

03Can I ask for changes after going live?

Yes, for 4 days after going live: corrections and changes to your website are included. New pages and new features are quoted separately. See article 5 of the terms and conditions of sale.

04Do you guarantee first place on Google?

No, and nobody can honestly guarantee that: Google alone decides the order of results, based on the competition in your town, your reviews and many other factors. I commit to what I control: a fast, well-built website, the right pages and a complete Google profile. This absence of guarantee is written into the terms and conditions of sale.

05Is there a guarantee after going live?

Corrections and changes possible for 4 days after your website goes live. It is included in the price, whichever package you choose.

06What is not included?

Hosting and domain name after the first year (included for the first year with both packages), professional photography, printing (business cards, vehicle lettering) and paid advertising. Everything that is included is listed on this page.

07Is hosting included?

Yes, with both packages: hosting and domain name included for the first year (€0). With the Monthly follow-up option, hosting and domain name are included as long as the monthly follow-up is active (€0).

08Can I have my own address, like martin-plumbing.com?

Yes, it is even recommended: the domain name is included for the first year with both packages. I connect it to your website. You can also tell me the address you want in the order form.

09Can I switch package later?

Yes. You can start with Essential and move up to Local Visibility whenever you like: only the difference is charged. The Monthly follow-up option can be added with Local Visibility or later.

10How does the monthly follow-up exclusivity work?

As long as your monthly follow-up is active, I do not take on another client in the same trade in your town. It is written in black and white in the terms of sale.

11How do I pay?

After you order, you pay the 40% deposit on the project total by bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, with your order number as the reference. Balance payable when you approve the website, before it goes live. The monthly follow-up is billed separately; it is not included in the deposit.
