01Where do these results come from?
From PageSpeed Insights, Google's free tool that measures the quality of a page. The analysis simulates a mid-range phone on an average 4G connection. I then translate its findings into plain language.
02My score is low. Is that serious?
It is a signal, not a verdict. The score varies slightly from one test to the next. What matters: how quickly the page really shows on a phone, and how easy it is to call you. I can look with you at what is holding it back.
03Does the test save my address?
The address goes through my server, which passes it to Google for the analysis. I keep the address and the result for 24 hours so the same analysis is not run again for nothing, then they are deleted. Your address is not linked to any name or contact details, unless you then fill in the form.
04Why can the analysis take up to a minute?
Google really opens your website, simulates a phone and measures each step of the display. Slow websites take longer. Keep the page open: the result appears by itself.
