Terms and conditions of sale
Version 2.1 · Last updated: 20 October 2026
Courtesy translation. The French version prevails in case of any difference.
These terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) apply to every order placed on this website. In this text, “I” means the seller identified below and “you” means the customer.
The seller
Domera is the trading name of D. Mandy (Entrepreneur individuel (micro-entreprise)).
SIREN: 131 530 495

VAT: TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI
1. Purpose
These terms cover website creation and local SEO for tradespeople and small businesses. I offer two packages: “Essential” (€310) and “Local Visibility” (€750). There are two options: hosting and domain name (€20 for 1 year with the “Essential” package, included in the “Local Visibility” package) and the monthly follow-up (€150 per month, 3-month commitment). The content of each package is detailed on the Offers page. My services are intended for professionals, who order for the needs of their business.
2. Order, deposit and balance
- You place your order with the form on the Contact page. Before sending it, you tick the box “I have read and accept the terms and conditions of sale”. You then receive an order number (CMD-…).
- The order is firm as soon as I have received the 40% deposit of the project total, by bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on Stripe's secure payment page. No work starts without this deposit. A payment is only considered received once the amount has been credited to my account. Payments are processed by Stripe; my seller account there is identified by acct_1UQm22RpEU3X1OU6.
- The project total includes the price of the package, any extra for the custom website and the hosting option when it is not included. The amount of the deposit and of the balance are shown in the basket before you send the form, then repeated on the confirmation screen.
- Balance payable when you approve the website, before it goes live. The balance is the remaining 60% of the project total.
- The monthly follow-up is billed separately: it is not included in the deposit (see article 8).
- Prices are shown in euros, without VAT: TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI. The price displayed when you place your order does not change, except for additional work that you have accepted in writing.
- I may refuse an order, for example to respect the exclusivity granted to a monthly follow-up client. Any deposit already paid is then refunded to you in full.
- In the event of late payment, late-payment penalties equal to three times the legal interest rate fall due the day after the payment date set by these terms or shown on the invoice, without any reminder being necessary. A fixed indemnity of €40 for recovery costs is due for each invoice paid late. These rules apply to business customers.
3. Deadline
Your website is ready for your review in 7 to 14 days, from the day I receive the deposit and all your materials (photos, logo, information). Any delay in sending me your materials or your answers pushes the deadline back by the same amount.
“Ready for review” means that the complete version of the website is presented to you. Going live comes afterwards, once you have approved it and paid the balance. Delays specific to Google (approval of the profile) and to directories are outside my control and are not included in this deadline.
If you go more than 15 days without answering one of my requests, the deadline is suspended until you reply. If I still have not received your materials 30 days after my first request, I may close the order; the deposit is then handled as set out in article 4.
4. Cancellation, refund and withdrawal
- If the work has not started, I refund the deposit in full on written request (email or message). The work has started as soon as I have begun working on your website using your information.
- Once the work has started, if you cancel, I refund the part of the deposit that corresponds to the work not yet done, according to how far the work has progressed on the date of your written request. If your website is finished, nothing is refunded.
- If I refuse your order or if I cannot carry it out, the deposit is refunded to you in full.
- If I exceed the deadline by more than 10 days, you may cancel the order in writing: I then refund everything you have paid.
- If I close the order for lack of materials (article 3), the deposit is handled as for a cancellation by you: refunded in full if the work had not started, partly according to progress otherwise.
- Right of withdrawal: if you employ 5 employees or fewer and this order does not fall within your main business activity, you may withdraw within 14 days of placing your order, without giving a reason, by telling me clearly in writing (email or message). In the form, you asked for the work to start straight away: if you withdraw, you pay for the work already done, in proportion to the total price, and I refund the rest of the deposit. Once your website is finished, you no longer have this right.
5. Corrections and changes
Before approval, two rounds of changes are included in the price. After the website goes live, you can ask me for corrections and changes to your website for 4 days. New pages and new features are excluded: they are quoted separately.
6. Ownership
- The domain name is registered in your name.
- Once full payment has been received, I assign to you the rights to use your website (the reproduction, representation and adaptation rights needed to operate it: texts, layout and code specific to your website), for the whole duration of the protection of those rights, worldwide, for the needs of your professional activity.
- Until I have received full payment, your website is not put online and you may neither reuse nor copy it.
- I keep my templates, my components and my reusable code. I make them available to you, for your website, under a non-exclusive licence. Third-party components (fonts, icons, libraries) keep their own licence.
- Once full payment has been received, I hand over the files of your website to you on request.
- The materials you provide to me (texts, photos, logo, trademarks) remain yours. You guarantee that you have the right to use it.
7. Hosting and domain name
Hosting and domain name are included for 1 year with the “Local Visibility” package, and with the “Monthly follow-up” option as long as it is active. With the “Essential” package, it is an option at €20 for 1 year.
There is no automatic renewal: I notify you one month before the end of the 1 year period, and renewal only takes place with your agreement. Without renewal, your website is taken offline at the expiry date. I am not responsible for outages of third-party services (host, domain name provider).
Renewal price, announced before the expiry date: €50 per year.
8. “Monthly follow-up” option
The option costs €150 per month, with a commitment of 3 months. After those 3 months it stops: it only continues if you confirm it to me in writing (email or message). After a renewal, you can end it in writing, with one week’s notice before the end of the month. It is billed separately from the deposit, at the start of each month; other payment arrangements are possible by written agreement. It is taken with the “Local Visibility” package or after it. It includes: Replies to your customer reviews; 1 new page on your website each month; local links and directories; simple monthly report: visits, calls, rankings; exclusivity: one client per trade and per town. Anything that is not listed is quoted separately.
Exclusivity: as long as the option is active, I undertake not to accept another client in the same trade in the same town.
9. No guarantee of results
I do not guarantee any position on Google, any number of calls or customers, or any specific score, including in Google’s measurement tools. Search ranking depends on factors outside my control: Google’s rules, local competition, reviews, the age of the website. I undertake to carry out the services with care and according to professional standards: this is an obligation of means.
10. References
I only cite your website as a reference, on this website or on my other materials, if you have authorised it by ticking the box provided in the order form. You can withdraw this agreement at any time, by email or message: I then remove the reference.
11. Liability, personal data, applicable law and disputes
- My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct. I am not responsible for interruptions of third-party services (host, Google, domain name provider, payment method), nor for indirect losses such as a loss of turnover or of customers.
- Personal data is processed as described in the privacy policy.
- French law applies. In case of difficulty, we first look for an amicable solution, in writing. Failing that, the competent courts are seized.
Acceptance and version
Version 2.1 of 20 October 2026. When you tick the acceptance box on the form, the version of the T&Cs and the date and time of your acceptance are recorded with your order.
